How to Raise a Complaint with Decdramatic Concrete
Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who contacts Decdramatic Concrete should be treated fairly. If something did not go as it should have, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
Topics You Can Bring to Us
You are welcome to write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Decdramatic Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If Your Concern Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, begin by taking it up with the provider directly, and keep a written record.
Please let us know as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Understand, though, that Decdramatic Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a provider or act for a provider.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@decdramatic.world and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Happy?
If our reply does not settle things, respond and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to assist with licensed contractors.
